- Support information: messages you send to our team, including any attachments or context needed to troubleshoot issues.

We use collected data to deliver the core product features (search, coverage insights, and hospital detail pages), enforce reasonable usage limits, send operational communications, and improve the product experience. We do not sell personal information and only share data with service providers that help us operate the platform (for example, authentication, analytics, or cloud hosting vendors) under appropriate data protection commitments.
4. Data Security & Retention
We implement industry-standard safeguards such as encryption in transit, role-based access controls, and activity monitoring. Account information is retained while your subscription remains active and for a limited period afterward to satisfy legal and auditing obligations.
